Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By using the betcom website and platform, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between betcom and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh and cover all services, products, and features offered by betcom. By registering, logging in, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to comply with these terms. betcom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified as reasonably as possible before any changes take effect.

These terms and conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the betcom platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

To create an account on the betcom platform, you must provide your full name, age, contact details, and identity verification documents. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account details with any third party is prohibited. You bear full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the betcom support team immediately.

Fraudulent activity, hacking, spamming, and the use of unauthorized software are strictly prohibited on the platform. If any such activity is detected, betcom reserves the right to close the account and pursue legal action.

General Platform Usage Rules

The betcom platform is strictly for personal entertainment purposes only.
Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct betting or gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other users is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform for personal gain is a serious violation of these terms.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on the betcom platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically reflected in your account shortly after submission, though delays may occur due to technical reasons.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Completing account identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if verification has not been completed. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same account from which the deposit was made.

Bonuses and vouchers may be subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be detailed in each offer's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and only become withdrawable once the applicable conditions have been met. If any suspicious transactions are detected, betcom reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

All financial transactions are conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Using your account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The betcom platform is provided on an "as is" basis. betcom is not directly liable for any service interruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or other unforeseen circumstances. betcom does not assume responsibility for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming — each user places bets at their own discretion and bears full responsibility for the outcome of those decisions.

Betcom's liability is limited in cases of issues caused by third-party technology or payment gateway failures. betcom never pressures or coerces users into placing bets — all decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the betcom platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of betcom or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content under any circumstances. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

While the betcom platform may contain links or references to third-party services, betcom is not responsible for the content or security of those external sites. Use of any third-party site is entirely at your own risk. Payment gateways such as bKash and Nagad are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Betcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Violating these Terms and Conditions or any platform rules.
Providing false or misleading information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
Violating any applicable laws of Bangladesh.

If an account is closed and the user has a legitimate balance, and no terms violation has been confirmed, betcom will consider returning the funds following a completed investigation. However, if fraud or a breach of terms is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact the support team and ensure there are no pending transactions before proceeding.

Betcom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The effective date of any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or through the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts and its legal framework. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws.
